Dakota's Forest Adventure

This gridset is a study unit that extends the seventeen units found on the Dakota’s Adventures CD. Students first have an opportunity to read about Dakota’s Forest Adventure through an initial introductory book which is available at two reading levels. After reading about Dakota’s Forest Adventure students have an opportunity to work on fourteen additional activities or gridsets which include writing options at six different levels, spelling activities, word recognition activities, comprehension activities, making their own book as well as counting and puzzle activities.

Similar to the seventeen study units in the Dakota's Adventures CD students have the opportunity in both receptive and expressive activities to learn about the adventure and the environment in which it takes place while solidifying their understanding of the targeted core vocabulary and much more.
